Financial Information
APBC believes that no sincere and deserving student should miss theological education because of financial problems. The college tries its best to help such students. However, those who are able are expected to pay their fees.
Students and parents are encouraged to plan in advance for tuition fees and living expenses. The fee details are shared every year before the academic session begins.
Tuition Fees
The college explains the full cost of education so that students understand the value of their training. Since some students cannot pay the full amount, APBC receives support from donors and well-wishers.
This support helps students continue their studies and encourages them to be thankful and responsible in their learning.
Scholarships and Financial Help
Scholarships and financial help are available for deserving students based on their need.
Living Expenses
Living expenses include food, accommodation, water, electricity, and maintenance. These costs are used only for student welfare.
Students should arrange support from their families, churches, or well-wishers if needed.
Fee Payment Rules
Students can pay their fees in the following ways:
-
Full payment at the beginning of the year, or
-
Three payments before each term
Students with unpaid fees will not be allowed to:
-
Register for classes
-
Receive certificates or transcripts
-
Attend graduation
If a student cannot pay on time due to special reasons, they must meet the Finance Office and make arrangements.
After paying the dues, students must confirm their registration with the Registrar. It is the student’s responsibility to do this. No reminders will be sent.
